Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to play a role in the historic construction of The Grand Renaissance Dam boldly set forth by the Ethiopian Government and the Ethiopian People. We believe that Ethiopians living in the Bay Area need to come together for a common cause and establish a platform from which they can launch broader awareness on the historic, economic, geopolitical and regional significance of the Nile River.
To that end, our goal is:

We believe that Ethiopians living in the Bay Area need to come together for a common cause and establish a platform from which they can launch broader awareness on the historic, economic, geopolitical and regional significance of the Nile River.
To that end, our goal is:
- To establish a grassroots movement that will unite all Ethiopians irrespective of political, religious or ethnic background for a common cause of helping Ethiopia overcome poverty and backwardness.
- To organize different events and bring the broader Ethiopian Community together to make financial contribution by purchasing the fully guaranteed Abay Bond, by participating in fundraising events or by giving gifts for the successful finalization of the Renaissance Dam.
- To create solidarity in the Ethiopian community on the fundamental importance of the construction of the Renaissance Dam in order to bring Ethiopia to economic independence.
